What does this mean?

Implementing a good HR policy can be complex. The reason is the many contacts with different parties and, in addition, the questions that all departments have in the field of HR. In many organizations, the focus is on entrepreneurship and production; as a result, HR is not given priority. And especially if HR is not a core function, it can take an excessive amount of time.

The Boys from HR act as a remote HR department. In doing so, we integrate as much as possible within the employer’s organization. As a result, we have contact with all parties involved and take over the burden around HR-related matters. This allows you as an employer to focus fully on your business.

Our point of contact with employers varies. This could be the HR manager, an immediate supervisor, chief financial officer, or general manager. Communications with employees about their contract, paycheck, or vacation days are conducted directly with the employee themselves. In most cases, we handle this entirely autonomously. But we can imagine that within the organization, the HR manager, immediate supervisor or director also wants to know what’s going on. That they too can see the status of a particular request or issue with an employee.
This is possible through our own customer portal. Every relationship of The Boys of HR receives access to its own portal. In it, all HR related issues of an organization are registered as tickets and their status can be easily updated and monitored. Thus, our relations are always well informed and working with The Boys is very easy.
