The 30% rule

As an employer, you can choose to pay 30% of wages, including compensation, tax-free. You are eligible for the 30% rule if you meet all the requirements below:

• You are employed by your employer.
• You have a specific expertise that is hard or impossible to find in the Dutch labor market.
• You were recruited outside the Netherlands.
• You have a valid decision.
